I hate to say it, but it’s true: Summer 2017 is almost over. Thankfully we’re not quite there yet, but as the back to school sales and fall clothing sales set in, it’s an instant reminder that the Fall season is drawing nigh.
But before we get all depressed and start putting away our swimwear, I’d like to introduce to you one of my favorite end of summer fragrances: Tom Ford’s Neroli Portofino, Costa Azzurra and Mandarino di Amalfi body sprays.
Here’s the deal: Tom Ford Neroli Portofino is a mash up of citrus oils, floral, and amber; Costa Azzurra is a perfect mix of the sweet smell of salty beaches, dry herbs, and pine trees—it’s literally the perfect mix of a warm September day; and Mandarino di Amalfi is a delicate blend of mint, thyme, and wildflowers.
If you’re a Tom Ford fan, you know how fragrant his scents are. A little goes a long way, and if you’re not careful, it can be a bit overwhelming if you spray too much. But the sprays are difference. They aren’t as strong as the Eau de Parfum and when you running around in the summer heat, you don’t want to smell too fragrant.
Also, the body spray is much cheaper than the perfume. The spray clocks in at $68, while the Eau de Parfum is $230 for 1.7oz/50ml.
So before you say goodbye to cool summer breezes, piña coladas, and golden suntans, try a few spritzes of Tom Ford’s summer trio, and I’m sure you’ll be reminded of summer fun long after you put away your cute swimwear.
